Debra Carpenter brings more than 25 years of auditing experience to her role as an audit partner at AGH. Debra’s specialty includes the audit of operating businesses, government owned service authorities and complex GAAP accounting issues. Her clients appreciate the expertise that Debra provides in creating innovative solutions to difficult financial statement issues. Debra is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and an Accredited Business Valuation expert which benefits AGH clients as they look to buy or sell a business or value a potential transaction. She has prepared valuations in connection with the sale of closely-held businesses, matrimonial litigation and personal estate planning. Debra holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida and is licensed to practice as a CPA in Georgia and Florida.
