Ken Breaux brings over 20 years of real estate auditing experience to his role as an Assurance Services Principal. Representing pension funds, private investment groups, insurance companies and builders with portfolio assets ranging from $25 million to $4 billion, Ken’s background is essential to helping institutional investors meet their reporting requirements. He has extensive knowledge in the commercial, residential and hospitality real estate sectors through years of auditing entities owning billions of dollars worth of assets in these sectors. Ken’s clients also rely on his expertise during the due diligence period for new asset purchases as he plays a key role in helping to identify potential issues prior to a property’s acquisition.

Ken, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana earned his accounting degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Prior to joining AGH, Ken lead real estate internal audit for a Fortune 100 publicly held insurance company with real estate assets in excess of $10 billion. He possesses a great love for the young people in his community and dedicates his personal time and financial support to a nationally recognized youth ministry dedicated to helping students grow in their faith and into responsible adults.
