Principal
Michael Weiser’s passion and expertise in guiding clients through a business transition helps stabilize and grow many closely-held businesses. As the leader of AGH’s Transaction Services practice, Michael specializes in audit and accounting issues, forensic accounting, business consulting and domestic litigation support and has earned the prestigious designation of Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).
Michael represents companies and stockholders in mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses and professional practices and has advised individuals and attorneys in the formulation of principalship and stockholder agreements. Michael has provided court testimony in a variety of matters including matrimonial litigation, minority stockholder litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. He is qualified to act as a financial consultant in the collaborative law divorce resolution process. This process enables spouses to divorce without expensive litigation.
Michael graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1968. He lives with his wife in North Atlanta and has three grown children.
