AGH is pleased to announce that Ken Breaux has become a Principal of the firm. Ken brings over 20 years of real estate auditing experience to his role as Assurance Services Principal. Representing pension funds, private investment groups, insurance companies and builders with portfolio assets ranging from $25 million to $4 billion, Ken's background is essential to helping institutional investors meet their reporting requirements. He has extensive knowledge in the commercial, residential and hospitality real estate sectors through years of auditing entities owning billions of dollars worth of assets in these sectors. Ken's clients also rely on his expertise during the due diligence period for new asset purchases as he plays a key role in helping to identify potential issues prior to a property's acquisition.
Ken, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana earned his accounting degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Prior to joining AGH, Ken lead real estate internal audit for a Fortune 100 publicly held insurance company with real estate assets in excess of $10 billion. He possesses a great love for the young people in his community and dedicates his personal time and financial support to a nationally recognized youth ministry dedicated to helping students grow in their faith and into responsible adults.

The exceptional experience that Andy brings to his role as Business Advisory Principal is essential to the success of many AGH clients. For over10 years, Andy has represented hundreds of growth oriented closely-held technology, staffing and other service companies with revenues between $10 - $100 million, as well as start up ventures just getting off the ground.
Andy is an outsourced CFO, advisor and chief compliance officer helping businesses create deal structure, build growth models and prepare budgets. He is well known for assisting clients in managing the financial aspects of operations including cash management, income tax planning and positioning for debt or equity infusions.
Andy's unique passion for the success of his clients is primary in equipping business owners with the financial tools to meet their growth projections and remain on target to achieve their exit strategies.
A native of Atlanta, Andy received an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Michigan. After starting his career at a global accounting firm, Andy joined the Business Advisory practice at AGH and became a Director in 2009. Andy dedicates countless hours to organizations that provide resources for young adults and families to grow intellectually, physically, spiritually and socially. |
