Kenneth Breaux, CPA, Joins AGH as Director of Assurance Services  

August 15, 2007 - ATLANTA – Aarons, Grant & Habif, LLC (AGH), a boutique CPA firm specializing in real estate, healthcare, manufacturing and closely held businesses, recently announced the appointment of Kenneth Breaux, CPA, as director of the firm’s Department of Assurance Services. In this role, Ken is responsible for technical review, the growth and development of staff, directing client engagements and managing client relationships. 

Ken brings 20 years of real estate auditing experience to his role as the Director of Assurance Services. Representing pension funds, private investment groups, insurance companies and builders with portfolio assets ranging from $25 million to $4 billion, he has an extensive background in the commercial, residential and hospitality real estate sectors through years of auditing entities owning billions of dollars worth of similar assets. Ken’s wide range of experience with different types of real estate assets and a variety of tenants provides strong expertise related to accounting for construction, common area maintenance and acquisitions. Additionally, his expertise working with clients throughout the due diligence period of new asset purchases has defined him as a leader in helping to identify potential issues prior to a property’s acquisition. 

A native of New Orleans, Ken earned his accounting degree from Southeastern Louisiana University. Prior to joining AGH, he conducted real estate internal audits for a Fortune 100 publicly-held insurance company with real estate assets in excess of $10 billion.  A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, YoungLife and WyldLife Youth Ministries, Ken possesses a great love for the young people in his community and dedicates his personal time and financial support to a nationally recognized youth ministries dedicated to helping students grow in their faith and into responsible adults.
